Refund policy

• 7-day full refund, no questions asked. If you are not happy with a pass, ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase and we refund the full amount to the original payment method. Your pass ends when the refund is issued.
• Charged by mistake or twice? We refund duplicate or accidental charges at any time.
• How to ask: use the contact form or email zhangzhou0307@gmail.com from the email address you signed in with. We reply within 2 business days. Refunds usually reach your card in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
• Passes are one-time purchases and never renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel.
• We do not offer refunds based on the result of your DOL test: GetDMVReady does not guarantee a pass, and practice scores do not predict your result. The 7-day refund above applies regardless of the reason.
